CareerBooster is designed as a tool for three audiences, the individual or end user (who can also be a student in our classes), Our Training Advisors and Our Instructors.

Benefits for the End User:

  • CareerBooster helps students become more aware of the topics that will be covered in class and allows each student the ability to position their current experience level within each skill listed.
  • Provides a means to determine the right education for the right needs
  • Spend more time in subjects where needed and less where skills are already present.

  • A great introduction to SMART organizational assessments

Training Advisor Benefits:
  • Provides a quick way to determine if a student is right for a particular class. The TA may follow up with the student to get them into the right class for their individual needs<
  • Determine career paths, their gaps, and education solutions that align to their needs
  • This tool can be used to make calls to students interested in classes that need additional enrollments
  • A great introduction to have a conversation about SMART organizational assessments if multiple people from the same company need an assessment on the same technologies.

Instructor Benefits:
  • Provides a quick way to determine if their students are right for the class
  • The instructor can see the class as a whole and their skill levels at a modular basis to customize the curriculum based on student needs
